[Specification] 

  1. Loop until we've gotten two positive values ([0,127]) from PHYRegister 0x7B

    1. Perform a DummyTransmission (A PHY)

    2. Read PHYRegister 0x7B then bitwise AND the result with 0xFF (signed 8 bit value)

    3. Add the absolute value of the result to the total
  2. Return the sum of all of the values (32 bit unsigned value)
